What Can I Buy for $100,000 in Dade County

Dade County and Aventura are more affordable than they have been in many,many years.  Homes and condos have gone down in price, considerably.  There are great buys to be had everywhere.  Last night on Nightline , Ron Shuffield, CEO of my company  EWM Realtors was interviewed and I think you will like what he says.

This is probably the best time to buy, now that prices are the lowest since 2004 and interest rates are the lowest in a generation. The inventory is enormous and the choices are many and when sellers are anxious to sell, you can make a great deal.
