I have been a realtor for over 30 years and I concentrate in the Aventura, Sunny Isles area.  As soon as a new development is coming up, or a new resale, I know about it and I announce it on my blog. 

 Aventura is very diverse and I live in a beautiful place called Golden Pointe, right at the tip of the Waterways Harbor between the harbor and the intracoastal waterway.  Driving down the Wm. Lehman Causeway with the view of the Ocean right before me with the sun shining on the water is a great way to start my day.

It is my goal to be available and knowledgeable and able to help anyone interested in buying or selling in the Aventura Sunny Isles area.  Buying property can be a great adventure and I love matching people to the perfect home.
